We’re excited to introduce UtilityGo, the City’s new and improved online utility billing portal—designed with you in mind. Customers will experience a fresh, user-friendly platform that makes managing your account faster and easier than ever.
What to Expect:
- Current users of the old system, will log in using their email address and create a new password upon first access by clicking "Forgot Password."
- Use Quick Pay - no login required.
- Important updates and announcements will be displayed on the portal homepage.
*Using the Schedule Payment feature is not a payment arrangement. If the entire amount of your bill is not paid by the due date there may be an interruption in service.
*Please note that when making card payments, the ZIP code on file must match the billing ZIP code for the card being used. Please ensure your ZIP code is correct and up-to-date.
Bulk Pickup and Yard Waste Services
Offered on Tuesdays every other week by appointment only. You may schedule a pickup by emailing us at bulkwaste@fayetteville-ga.gov, make a request online, or call us at 770-460-4237 by 3pm on Monday, the day before pickup.
Notice: Effective Aug. 2026, Water, Sewer & Stormwater rates increase 5% per previously adopted ordinances and Effective September 1, 2026, Sanitation rate increase 3%.
